A survey by the Paraná Pesquisas institute, conducted between August 23 and 27 in the Federal District, indicates Vice-Governor Celina Leão (PP) in the lead for the federal unit's government in 2026. Celina Leão accumulates 37.2% of voting intentions in the stimulated scenario. She is followed by former governor José Roberto Arruda with 16.1%, Leandro Grass (PV) with 9.7%, Izalci Lucas (PL) with 9%, Paula Belmonte (Cidadania) with 6%, and Ricardo Cappelli (PSB) with 5%.
Celina Leão's Lead in Alternative Scenario
In a second tested scenario, which does not consider the candidacy of José Roberto Arruda (ineligible), Celina Leão maintains her position as favorite. The survey interviewed 1,510 voters and has a margin of error of 2.6 percentage points, with a confidence level of 95%.
